Orders over $199 receive free Standard shipping throughout the contiguous United States. Packages shipping to HI, AK or PR will be assessed additional fees as stated at checkout.
During high temperature months (May 1 – October 1), an express shipping method is recommended to avoid melting. If an expedited shipping method is not selected and the item(s) arrives melted, it will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund.
Multiple packages may ship to complete an order. When a package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment contents and tracking number.
If an incorrect address was provided at checkout and your package has shipped, an address correction fee of $15 will be incurred. Be sure to enter the full address correctly including apartment number, floor number, or business name.
Upon receipt of your order, please thoroughly inspect your package for any discrepancies or damages and notify us within 5 business days.
